Multiple clients in the finance, banking, helthcare and IT solutions sectors is looking for an IT Support/Infrastructure professional.
Your new role:
Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain software applications and infrastructure.
Handle escalations from the Helpdesk for in-house, third-party, and market data applications.
Provide support for operating system drivers, software, and firmware.
Assist users with home connection setups and work-from-home configurations, including firm laptops, personal laptops, and virtual machines.
Ensure adherence to client policies and procedures, and communicate these effectively.
Create and maintain comprehensive support documentation.
Interact with various support groups (both local and global) within the firm across multiple platforms.
Record and manage all incidents and requests in the ticket-tracking system.
Inform management of trends, significant issues, and expected delays.
Participate in a rotating schedule to provide after-hours and weekend support.
Stay current with technology advancements and participate in training programs.
What you'll need to succeed:
A strong understanding of IT service delivery and workplace solutions.
Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware, software, and mobile devices; excellent knowledge of ITIL v3 processes; strong communication skills in both Mandarin and English.
Demonstrated experience in building high-performing teams, with the ability to influence decisions and drive collaboration across organisational boundaries.
