Our client, a sizable company is now looking for high caliber candidate for the following position:

Duties:

• Provide following technical support to our worldwide group companies
• Technical support on company infrastructure (Network, AD, Email etc.)
• Technical support to enhance cyber security measurement (Assessment, Monitoring, incident handling etc.)

Requirements:

• The Hong Kong resident or a person with Hong Kong work permit
• Higher Diploma/ Degree Holder
• Good command of written and spoken English and Cantonese
• Good communication skill and Interpersonal skill with all related parties, such as colleagues, project members, customers and suppliers etc.
• Well organized, self-motivated, willing to learn, able to work independently with strong team spirit.
• At least 2-3 years experience of the following area
• Company infrastructure maintenance support (Network, F/W, AD)
• Email service support (Preferred Office 365 support)
• Solid knowledge and technical skills of Network (Secure network design, Firewall configuration, troubleshooting)
• Solid knowledge and technical skills of Email environment (Office 365 or Exchange Server is preferred)
• Basic Knowledge of Cyber security measurement and incident handling
• Travel abroad for business trip is necessary
