- Manage reservations and waiting lists for our fine dining restaurants
- Engage with guests to gain their loyalty and feedback
- Handle guest enquiries and complaints in a professional manner
工作要求
- 2-4年高級餐廳相關經驗，特別是接待顧客的經驗
- 具有主管角色經驗的人員將被考慮擔任經理
- 以顧客為中心，注重細節，態度誠懇
- 較強的溝通技巧與銷售技巧
工作時間 10小時
工作地區 香港區/ 中環
薪資 全職薪酬: $18,000 - $24,000 (視乎職級及工作經驗而定)
經驗要求 1-2年相關工作 及 管理經驗
