Job responsibilities:
The incumbent will liaise with business users to gather requirements and convert the requirements into technical solutions. He/She will also prepare test plans and conduct SIT to ensure the solution meets the requirement specifications. Oversee the implementation of new technology solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals.
Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in IT, Computer Science or related disciplines
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in business system analysis
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of conveying technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
• Proficiency in SQL or other database management tools is preferred
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Familiar with the agile development cycle and UAT process
• Knowledge of UiPath, data visualization tools and Microsoft Power Platform
• Hand-on experience in SQL and database/data processing concepts will be an advantage
• Excellent analytical and problem diagnostic skills
