Responsibilities :

• Interior Designer in coordinating and liaising with clients, contractors, vendors and project team members for the assigned project to ensure project effectiveness and competition
• Handle design drawings, design documentation and presentation work including concept design and development, construction drawing, materials sourcing and selection
• Complete routine and special tasks as assigned by superiors

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Architecture / Interior Design or related discipline
• Minimum 1 to 3 years of above solid working experience in Hospitality field is a MUST
• Familiar with architecture / interior design, E&M facilities, building renovation and fitting-out works in residential, commercial and exhibition properties
• Good conceptural design, detailed working drawing and presentation skills
• Proficient in AutoCAD, photoshop & other design based skills
• Good computer knowledge in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
• Good communiation in both spoken & written Cantonese, English and Mandarin
• Position would be offered depends on experiences
