    Job Duties:

    • Provide 1st level support working directly with IT groups and/or users
    • Installation, configuration and maintenance of workstations, peripheral equipment and Windows desktop software
    • Participate in IT Projects and implementation work
    • Hardware and software inventory/license control and relevant documentation control
    • Interface with vendors, as required, to provide hardware or software repairs

    Job Requirement:

    • F. 5 or above
    • At least 1-2 years' experience in IT support
    • Hands on experience in providing 1st level support working directly with IT groups and/or users
    • Experience in installation, configuration and maintenance of workstations, peripheral equipment and Windows desktop software
