Responsibilities

• Take charge of the day-to-day operation and supervise the security team to ensure delivery of high quality of service
• Oversee the duty rosters by assigning suitable security staff at responsible sites to ensure cost-effective use of manpower
• Meet with clients, handle complaints, inquiries and carry out appropriate actions to achieve customer satisfaction
• Conduct training, periodical drills and exercise

Requirements

• Dip. level or above
• Certificate of Frist Aid / Trainer the Trainer / Safety Supervisor is highly preferred
• Minimum 10 years’ work experience in security guarding / disciplinary service, 5 years of which at supervisory / managerial level
• Strong leadership abilities with uncompromising integrity and passion for excellence
• Result-driven, flexible with good communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills, able to maintain good relationship with all internal and external customers
• Holder of valid private car license is preferred
• Good command of English and Chinese
