Project Title: Provision of Services for Statistical Analysis for the Enhancement of the Mathematics Papers of Learning Achievement Measurement Kit (LAMK)

[Appointment Period: 2 months]

The appointee will focus on "conducting a Rasch analysis for equating." as the major duty. Besides, She/he will learn and use advanced research methods to analyze qualitative and quantitative data, and perform other duties as assigned.  The Appointees should have a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology /Education or a related disciplines.

They should have extensive academic writing experience;  A good command of spoken and written English, and must be able to speak fluent Cantonese; They should be responsible, fast learning, self-motivated, and meticulous; Preferably extensive psychological or educational research experience (e.g. published journal articles, final year research project / thesis, knowledge of statistical analysis using Mplus, R, or Winsteps – please submit these files when apply); and Passion for educational research and sustainable development is desirable.

Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.  Fringe benefits include leave and outpatient medical benefits.
