Taking the job, you are required to:

• To assist the Operation Accountant on minimizing the receivable level of hotel by maintaining vigilant credit control on hotel guests and city ledger accounts
• To follow up collection, allocation of receipts and update account receivable ledgers properly with regular review of the outstanding accounts
• Monitor the AR ledger/ Aging report on a daily basis and monitor incoming payment
• Ensuring prompt, accurate and efficient system for billing of current and aged accounts
• Review the ledger high balance report daily and report/investigate discrepancies to avoid bad debts and to minimize risk exposure

• Degree/Diploma holder in Business, Finance/Accounting or related discipline
• Minimum 5 years relevant work experience in Accounts Receivable and/or Credit Management in hospitality industry
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office and Accounting System
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Accurate and detail-oriented

Candidates with less experience will be considered as Accounting Officer.
