Our clients are now looking for a potential candidate to join their team as Senior Japanese Speaking Customer Service. （日本語スピーカー・カスタマーサービス）
Job Duties
Supporting E-commerce business of clients by answering enquiries and quotations
Continue to have positive relationships with customers. outstanding negotiation and communication abilities
Coordinate with internal parties and clients in logistics operation and shipment arrangement
Preparing documents and reports to support sales operation
Requirement
2+ year related position experience in Customer Service, Logistics industry is preferable
Good command of written and spoken English, Mandarin
Japanese speaking is a must （日本語スピーカー）
Proficient in MS Office, PC skills
