Job Summary

The Project Manager / Assistant Project Manager will oversee all renovation projects for the bank's branches and workplaces, ensuring cost-effective and efficient use of premises. This role involves leading a team to manage facility and project functions, maintaining standards, and ensuring projects align with the bank's directions.

What you’ll do

• Manage all renovation projects for branches/workplaces to ensure cost-effective and efficient occupancy.
• Lead a team to perform facility and project management functions for the bank's mixed property portfolio.
• Maintain controls and standards for the Corporate Real Estate Department.
• Oversee the preparation of design drawings.
• Handle project tendering, including preparation, opening, and analysis of tenders.
• Assist in identifying appropriate sites for new branches/workplaces.
• Supervise staff in facility and project management to ensure timely completion of renovation projects.
• Supervise maintenance and alterations of branches/workplaces, including layout and design.
• Regularly review operation procedures, guidelines, and contractor lists.
• Manage document control.
• Complete tasks assigned by the Department Head.

Key qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in the banking or financial services industry preferred.
• Certification in Project Management preferred.
• Proven experience in project management, particularly in renovation projects.
