Our client is a leading fitting-out specialist and renovation contractor in Hong Kong and Asia, specialising in luxury residential and hospitality developments. Due to continuous development opportunities, they are hiring a Senior Project Manager for supporting their premium projects and leading a group of teammates

Job Descriptions:

• Monitor the fitting out project progress to ensure it is completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality and safety standards;
• Lead a Project Team with making the key decisions and drive the directions on the projects;
• Manage performance of all consultancies, contractors, and other external vendors;
• Liaise with local government for statutory submission;
• Conduct feasibilities studies, technical due diligence studies;
• Perform ad-hoc duties as when required

Requirements:

• Degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Building Studies or other relevant disciplines
• At least 12 years of experiences in handling luxury retail and hotel development projects
• Exposure in full project cycle is preferred 
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Mandarin
• Excellent project management, communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, MS Project
