Our clients, a well- known company are now looking for a potential candidate to join their team as Shipping Coordinator.
Job Duties
Publish shipping documents, such as reservations, packing lists, invoices, licenses, and declarations
Oversee and manage the processing of shipping orders, ensuring accurate documentation and timely dispatch of goods
Collaborate with various internal and external stakeholders, including freight forwarders and carriers
Perform with an ad hoc project is necessary
Requirement
1+ year related position experience in Shipping/ Logistics/ Forwarding industry is preferable
Good command of written and spoken English, Mandarin, Cantonese
Proficient in MS Office, PC skills
