Job Responsibilities:

• Reporting to the General Manager, the position is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day finance functions of the Hotel.
• To be responsible for matters in the aspect of finance, including preparing financial statements, financial analysis and interpretation, identifying variances and recommending improvements
• To plan and implement policies and procedures and systems of the department.
• To establish and maintain an internal audit system, which provides effective control of assets and revenues of the hotel.
• To provide timely financial reporting of the operating results.

Job Requirements:

• Tertiary education in Accounting or related disciplines, preferably with recognized professional qualification
• With 8 years’ relevant experience in senior finance position preferably in hospitality industry
• Possess sound skills in financial planning & management, budgeting and internal control
• Excellent presentation & analytical skills
• Strong analytical capability and business acumen
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Candidates with less experience will be considered for Assistant Director of Finance
