Hong Kong Parkview is inviting high calibre applicants for the following position:-

Accountant - Hong Kong Parkview Group

Responsibilities:

• Review subsidiaries’ accounts
• Review subsidiaries’ financing documents
• Review contracts and agreements
• Prepare for financial result presentations
• Liaise with the management and subsidiaries’ team members
• Support in ad-hoc duties

Requirements:

• University graduate with professional accounting qualification

• At least 3 years relevant experience in construction & PRC environment; exposure in Big-4 audit firm is highly preferred

• Proficient in MS office applications (e.g. Excel, Powerpoint, Word)

• Excellent command of English & Chinese including Mandarin

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for dealing with people in Taiwan and Mainland China at all levels including Senior Management

• Equipped with strong analytical skill, problem solving ability, independent thinking, critical & business mindset, and passion to drive efficiency

• Proactive, meticulous, creative and able to work independently under pressure in a demanding and fast pace environment

• Occasionally travel to China is required
