The Manager – IT Project will oversee and manage IT projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. This role involves coordinating with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients to achieve project goals while maintaining high-quality standards.

Job responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and monitor IT projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and scope.
• Lead the IT Project Team in overseeing multiple projects.
• Liaise with stakeholders, including team members, vendors, and end-users.
• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress and implement necessary changes to meet goals.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies and best practices throughout the project lifecycle.
• Compile detailed project documentation and reports for management and stakeholders.
• Manage risks by identifying issues early and implementing mitigation strategies.

Requirements:

• A degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field; certification such as PMP is preferred.
• At least 5 years’ experience in IT project management or in comparable roles.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and the software development life cycles.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA) and IT systems administration.
