Key Responsibilities: 

• Update and maintain product data and specifications regularly in our internal systems 

• Review and proofread product specifications, packing, marketing materials for accuracy and clarity

• Organize & coordinate arrangement and delivery of product samples to clients & stakeholders

• Collect and consolidate product information from various sources to assure comprehensive records

• Conduct competitive analysis & research trends in the lighting industry to support product development

• Work closely with colleagues to monitor & maintain up-to-date information on the company website to reflect latest offerings with accuracy 

• Provide administrative support for product-related projects, including scheduling meetings & preparing presentations 

• Perform ad-hoc assignments as required 

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma/Degree holders in Engineering or a related field, Business Admin. or Marketing 

• Strong attention to details and well-organized 

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities in English, Cantonese & Putonghua 

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

• Previous experience in a similar role or LED lighting industry is a plus

• Candidates with more related experience will also be considered as the Product Engineer

• Willing to travel occasionally when needed
