Responsibilities

UI/UX Design:

• Collaborate with development teammates to create intuitive and visually appealing interfaces

• Produce & establish sketches, flowcharts, prototypes and engaging designs

• Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and best practices

Project Management:

• Assist in planning, scheduling, and tracking project timelines and milestones

• Prepare requirement/system documentations, presentations and user manuals for users

• Coordinate with development teammates and users for UAT to ensure smooth project execution

Requirements

• Higher Diploma / Degree in Multimedia Design, Computer Science or related disciplines

• 5+ years in UI/UX design or similar roles

• Proficiency in UI/UX design tools like Photoshop, HTML5, CSS 3, Adobe Illustrator

• Conversant with cross-browser, as well as cross-platform mobile design best practice

• Proactive with a strong project management and communication ability, good time-management skills

• Ability to communicate and co-ordinate effectively between external suppliers and different internal teams according to the requirements of internal clients to ensure smooth project flow and high-quality outcome

• Good team player and willingness to accept responsibility and accountability for work

• Good command of both written and spoken English and Cantonese, knowledge in Mandarin is an advantage
