Responsibilities:

• Independently plan, budget & lead events in Hong Kong, ensuring smooth execution from start to finish.

• Manage large-scaled exhibition, event and conferences in collaboration with team members.

• Handle project briefings, timelines, cost control, and risk management to ensure successful delivery.

• Explore and establish strategic partnerships with potential collaborators to expand opportunities and drive business growth.

• Conduct market landscape analysis to identify opportunities and align project strategies with client goals.

• Assist in the development of new projects by understanding client needs and offering tailored solutions.

• Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to maintain strong communication and alignment on project objectives.

• Occasional travel may be required for project-related activities.

• Maintain and oversee the company website to ensure accurate updates and functionality.

• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver high-quality projects.

Requirements:

• University degree with a minimum of 3-4 years of working experience in the exhibition or event management industry.

• Responsible, independent, and creative with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Strong account servicing skills with good communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Capable of multi-tasking and working effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• Able to handle pressure and meet tight deadlines.

• Self motivated, creative, energetic and aggressive

• Good spoken & written English, Cantonese & Putonghua

• Immediate available is highly preferred
