Responsible for on-site troubleshooting, installation and commissioning of Video Conferencing System and Audio Visual System
Support to prepare and maintain the project documentation
Provide service support and maintenance to end users
Ensure timely case closure
Maintain and update service report
Respond to technical enquiries and resolve technical problems
Liaise with distributors / Vendors on technical information
Provide AV product support to customer
Responsible for product maintenance
Ensure work quality fulfill customer need
Report service status to Customer Relationship officer
Job Requirement:
VTC Graduate / F.5 or above, with at least 2 years’ experience in computer field services
Min Diploma in Computer, Communication, Electronic Engineering or any other relevant field of studies
1-2 years of relevant experience, preferable with Networking background
Basic Network Knowledge
Strong problem-solving skills and communications skills
Proficient in computer applications, e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint & AutoCAD
Hardworking, Mature, Willing to Learn with good team-work spirit
Less-experienced or Fresh Graduates will be considered
Immediately available is preferred
