M Moser Associates is an interior architecture firm specializing in the design and delivery of corporate offices and work support facilities. With 1000+ staff comprising architects, designers, engineers, technology specialists and construction managers, the firm serves a diverse clientele from 27 locations in Asia, the UK and USA.

We are currently seeking an Assistant Project Manager / a Project Manager for our Hong Kong office. The successful applicant for this position will:

  • Liaise between construction, design and management to ensure the project runs smoothly, with time and with client goals met.
  • Coordinate all interior related consultants to facilitate the development and delivery of the project.
  • Monitor the scheduled works and ensure the project completed within the budget and agreed timeline
  • Identify, assess and manage potential risks, and implement effective changes where required. 
  • Chair and manage client / project meetings and produce project documents / reports.

 

To meet these challenges, you should possess the following qualities:

  • Diploma/degree in Interior Design / Project Management or related field.
  • At least 1 - 2 years’ experience of working in interior design field preferred.
  • Able to produce a set of project documents.
  • Able to work effectively as a good team player.
  • Good problem-solving and client management skills.
  • Detail-minded and independent.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese are essential.
  • Immediate available preferred.
