EVENT EXECUTIVE

Qualification:

• University graduated in Marketing, Business or related disciplines.
• With 2 years solid event management experience in fields related to conference, events or marketing. 
• Pleasant personality with excellent organizational, communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Aggressive, multi-tasking, self-initiative, independent, dynamic and creative
• Passion, integrity and a high level of energy.
• Good relationship building skills and good customer servicing mindset.
• Intensive PowerPoint presentation handling experience.
• Good and efficient writing and oral communication skills in Chinese and English.
• Able to work under pressure and overtime.

Job Description:

• Plan and implement corporate events
• Prepare proposals and quotations
• Event sourcing
• Organize events and handle logistic problems
• Monitoring project performance, ensure timely delivery of projects
• Client liaison, coordination with internal teams and outside vendors, and on-site management for the duration of projects
• Preparing and presenting project reports and presentation

• Basic + allowance + Project Commission
• 5 days work
• Immediate availability is preferred
• Fresh graduates will be considered as Trainee
• Candidates with higher experience will be considered as Senior Event Executive
