Business Analyst  

Responsibilities:

• Manage project releases and implementation for different applications
• Maintain good project quality by working closely with internal and external customers
• Project coordination and vendor management
• Assist in collecting user requirements and transform into functional requirements
• Conduct user training and Organize UAT & go live activities
• Carry out post go live review
• Daily operation support

Requirements:

• High Diploma or above in IT or related discipline
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in IT project coordination or software/mobile app implementation
• Knowledge & experience in eCommerce , Mobile App, POS or e-Payment integration will be an advantage
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills, and able to work independently
• Self-Motivated and a good team player
• Good communication skills
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Immediately available is highly preferred
