We are seeking an experienced Event Executive/Manager to join our team. You will be responsible for executing engaging and successful events for our diverse clients in the healthcare and medical industry.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to understand their event objectives and requirements
• Research, source and book appropriate venues, catering, entertainment and other event suppliers
• Oversee all event logistics, including coordinating event staff, managing setup and tear down, and troubleshooting any issues on the day
• Promote events through various marketing channels to maximise attendance
• Keep every event budget and registration record update
• Prepare post meeting reports after event
• Occasional weekend / public holiday working for specific events will be required

Requirements:

• Degree in Business / Event Management, marketing or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in event management, ideally within the healthcare or medical sector
• Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with clients, suppliers and colleagues
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (including  Putonghua and Cantonese)
• A keen eye for detail and the ability to work under pressure
• Assist and support any administration duties
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Event Executive.
