Job Responsibilities:
Report to the Store Manager and supervise 15 to 20 staff in one of our department stores
Achieve maximized sales results by excellent retail management skills
Coach the team members and enhance their performances
Promote and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
Job Requirements:
Form 5 or above
At least 3 years’ relevant experience in retail operations
Proven track record to achieve sustainable business results
Service-oriented and sound people management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, both Cantonese and Putonghua
