Perform administrative support including compiling stock reports, data input and documentation
Expedite daily order processing, follow up on logistics and warehousing to ensure timely delivery
Handle inbound shipment arrangement and customs declaration
Co-ordinate with different departments in various administrative tasks
Assist in ad hoc assignments when required
Qualifications:
Candidate with 1-2 years administrative experience related to FMCG or food / beverage industry is an advantage
Hard working, independent, self-motivating, numeric sensitive & attentive to details and a fast learner with good interpersonal skills
Proficient in PC applications especially MS Excel & Word
Good command in written and spoken English & Chinese
Immediate available is preferred
Fresh graduate will also be considered
