Responsible for managing the whole buying process, including budget planning, liaison with suppliers and brands, following up on orders, etc.
Implementing merchandise selection and assortment
Monitor merchandise flow to achieve sales, profit and inventory target
Stock Management processes including allocation, replenishment and consolidation
Maintain constructive relationship with suppliers for business development
Prepare regular reports to analyze and review sales performance and inventory level
Analyze market trend and competitors and make recommendation for improvement
Execute product training to ensure competent product knowledge of frontline staffs
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree/ Diploma in Fashion & Textiles or a related field disciplines
5-8 years solid buying experience gained from fashion retail
Experienced in multi-brand retailer is a must
With experience in vintage fashion is preferred
Good negotiation and communication skills
Strong sense in fashion trends and market trends
Excellent analytical, organization and problem-solving skills
Able to work under pressure and tight schedules
Self motivated, well organized and strong interpersonal skills
Proficiency in both written and spoken English & Chinese
High proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Overseas travel is required
