Responsibilities:
Simple Level 1 support
Manage IT service requests such as software installation, access requests, and account setups.
Provide deskside support on hardware, software, and applications for user
Provide support on ad-hoc tasks or projects as per request.
To follow standards, guidelines, and procedures for system implementation and support
Follow procedures, instructions and checklists to complete tasks with good quality
Ensure all client requests and other ad-hoc duties are processed in an efficient and timely manner
Requirements:
Diploma or above in an IT-related qualification is an advantage
At least 2-3 years working experience in deskside support
Immediate available will be advanced.
