Our client, a  Japanese multinational entertainment company is looking for a Japanese Speaking Network and System Administrator (IT Support) to join their team:


Job Description

• Provide technical support to all departments on PC and equipment operation

• Monitor and maintain the IT System health status, server, network performance and security control

• Manage and maintain good storage of PC and other development equipment

• Coordinate with IT vendors and the headquarter to perform IT helpdesk support including PC setup, system and software installations, escalation, problem solving to all staff

• Coordinate with all departments to design and implement network environment and new system to fit business needs

• Execute continuous improvements on network operations and security control

• Prepare and maintain system and operations documentations such as System Test plan, System Design Document, System Administration Manual

• Network related: firewall, switch configurations, proxy configurations, VPN

• ITGC related: account management, backup, risk control periodical review, respond to IT audit, etc.

• Maintain and manage the daily operation of information systems

• Establish and implement action plans in accordance with the guidance of the headquarter and Manager

• Other ad-hoc project assigned by Manager and the headquarter

Requirements

• Higher Diploma or above in Computer Science, Engineering or Information Technology or related disciplines

• Good command of written and spoken in Japanese (JLPT N2), English and Mandarin

• Good communication, documentation and problems solving skills

• Willing to serve as a communication hub for internal/external members and provide guidance to senior/ junior staffs to complete tasks

• Willing to work over-time if required.

• At least 2-year experience in daily IT operation support

• Knowledge and experience in switches, routers, firewall for Cisco or related enterprise-grade network vendor

• Knowledge and experience in Windows, server (MS/Oracle/IBM), Exchange/Outlook, etc., especially knowledge and experience in SQL Server will be an advantage
