Requirement:

• Diploma / Degree holder in Surveying or Construction Economics and Management or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years quantity surveying experience in Construction industry
• Responsible for Post-contract works including cost estimate, cost planning, budget control, interim payment, settlement of variation orders and final account
• Good communication skills and coordination skills and with logical thinking
• Good Computer skills in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Candidate with more experiences will be considered as Senior QS
