Our Clients, including leading Fitting out Contractor , Registered General Building Contractor , and Fast Growing Fitting out Contractor , are looking for Project Management Talent for their sizable Fitting out (Luxury Retail / Corporate Office / Hotel ) or A&A projects in HK

Requirement:

• Diploma / Degree holder in Building Studies or Construction Management or Engineering or Interior or Architectural Design or related discipline
• Minimum 8 years Project Management experience in Contractor, ideally in Fitting out contractor, RGBC or design and build contractor
• Either being strong in Documentation and Submission, or strong in Site technical problem solving are also welcome  
• Being the team lead of project team, as a project's in-charge, manage project to meet quality standard, profitability and within time frame
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Project Manager
• Good communication skills and coordination skills
• Knowledge on AutoCAD, and Ms Project is a bonus
• Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese
•  Candidate with less experience will be considered as Project Manager
