To cope with our business needs, we invite high calibre professional to fill the following position:-

Human Resources Manager 

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee comprehensive HR functions, including mass recruitment and selection, compensation and benefits, payroll administration, vendor management and occupational health and safety for our Hong Kong production plant
  • Act as a business partner, providing HR strategic advice and operational support to senior management and various departments
  • Ensure compliance with local occupational health and safety regulations, implementing corrective actions to address any gaps
  • Manage HR initiatives aimed at streamlining processes and enhancing the overall employee experience
  • Work closely with factory management to develop and maintain safety protocols, emergency procedures, and employee training & communication plans 
  • Collaborate with the Group Human Resources Office on HR strategies and projects

  Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related field, with a minimum of 8 years of HR experience, preferably in food manufacturing or industrial settings, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role
  • Solid working experience in manufacturing sites with labour intensive set up will be an asset 
  • In-depth knowledge of the Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and occupational health and safety regulations
  • Strong leadership skills characterized by independence, attention to detail, flexibility, control & compliance and a proactive mindset
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all levels of the organization
  • Fluency in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin
  • Candidates with additional relevant experience may be considered for the Senior Manager position
