Human Resources & Administration Manager (5.5 days work, Alternative Saturday)

Job Duties

  • Provide administrative support including but not limited to general office administration

  • Handle daily operation to Human Resources Department such as monthly payroll preparation, attendance management, MPF administration, data input and records keeping duties

  • Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding, and ensure alignment with company needs.

  • Prepare regular report to senior management and directors

  • Ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Administrative Management, Human Resources, or related fields.

  • At least 5 years’ relevant working experience

  • Good command in written and spoken English and Chinese

  • A team player, mature with good interpersonal skills

  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

  • Familiarity with Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and HR processes.

  • Proficiency in MS Word and Excel and Chinese word processing
