Human Resources & Administration Manager (5.5 days work, Alternative Saturday)
Job Duties
Provide administrative support including but not limited to general office administration
Handle daily operation to Human Resources Department such as monthly payroll preparation, attendance management, MPF administration, data input and records keeping duties
Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding, and ensure alignment with company needs.
Prepare regular report to senior management and directors
Ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Administrative Management, Human Resources, or related fields.
At least 5 years’ relevant working experience
Good command in written and spoken English and Chinese
A team player, mature with good interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Familiarity with Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and HR processes.
Proficiency in MS Word and Excel and Chinese word processing
