Our client is an engineering company focused on the Asia market. They are seeking an energetic Assistant Officer to join their HR team. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of all-rounded HR experience and a strong willingness to learn.
Responsibilities:
Assist in the full spectrum of Human Resources functions, including but not limited to compensation and benefits, recruitment, learning and development, and employee engagement
Main focus on the C&B administration, including payroll calculation, MPF, insurance, taxation, etc.
Assist in the the C&B projects including yearly salary review, salary and reward benchmarking, insurance renewal and budgeting.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including job posting, CV screening, interviewing and offer proposals.
Manage and maintain data in the HRIS system, including employee personnel data and leave records
Provide administrative support, including filing, data entry, and report generation
Participate in ad hoc projects as assigned
Requirements:
Bachelor Degree in Human Resources or related disciplines
Minimum 3 years of solid HR experience, with a focus on C&B is a plus.
Well-versed in Labor Law and employment ordinances
Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a presentable demeanor
Good team player with positive attitude and excellent work ethics
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Proficient in MS Office
Good command of English and Chinese
Immediately available is highly preferred
