Responsibilities:

• Lead the retail operations team to oversee store operations, training and administration
• Formulate, plan and execute sales strategies to maximize overall store profitability
• Establish sales analysis in order to maximize staff productivity and efficiency
• Assist to prepare and maintain the retail operation budget in aspect of decoration, promotion and inventory control
• Evaluate possible location for new shop opening and manage process of opening the new stores to ensure compliance to planned timelines & budget

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years retail experience with management level in FMCG
• Strong background in team leadership & people management and able to work with drivers people
• Good analytical and problem solving skills in retail business control
• Excellent communications skills
• Computer literate in MS
• Valid Hong Kong Driving Licence of Class 1 & 2
