Key Responsibilities:
Assist with the processing of new business cases from the initial proposal stage, compliance & due diligence, onboarding and trust establishment
Work closely with the Business Development Team in preparing proposals, presentations, pitch, letters of engagement etc.
Maintain and update trackers and case progress
Support business development and onboarding activities
Support clients with due diligence process and requirements
Co-ordinate and attend external sales meetings with existing and new contacts
Ensure the accurate deliverables including the establishment of new trusts and companies, before handing over to client services team
Ensure service standards and policies and procedures are adhered to
Key Requirements:
Degree holder with some relevant experience.
Understanding of corporate and trust services industry is an advantage.
Good attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
Self-motivated, willingness to learn with positive attitude.A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Law, Accounting, or a related field
