Your Role

As a Loan Services Officer , you’ll be at the forefront of delivering exceptional financial solutions while maximizing your earnings. Your mission:

• Engage & advise customers – Provide professional consultation on unsecured loan products (credit cards, personal loans, etc.) through various channels.

• Drive sales success – Identify customer needs and proactively promote loans and insurance products to meet sales targets.

• Enhance customer experience – Address inquiries, resolve concerns, and ensure a seamless service journey.

• Optimize team performance – Assist in resource planning, process improvements, and project coordination for better efficiency.

• Ensure compliance – Follow internal control standards, company policies, and regulatory guidelines.

What You Bring

• Diploma or degree holder (or relevant work experience with Form Five/DSE qualification)

• Minimum 3 years of experience in loan sales

• Strong sales and customer service mindset – thrive in a target-driven environment

• Fluent in English & Chinese (Putonghua is a plus)

• Customer-focused with a passion for delivering top-tier service
