Key Responsibilities:
Work closely with different colleagues to manage business processes and operational projects
Work as a team to identify and analyze areas that should implement change and enhance efficiencies for the business
Assist in implementing projects to enhance efficiency of work processes and workflows
Assist in drafting procedures, documenting business requirements and preparing reports
Monitor the progress of projects and change, ensure they are aligned with business objectives
Update senior management on the projects and change, and business operations
Key Requirements:
Around 2 to 5 years of experience in business operations, project and change etc
Good analytical and project management skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills, ability to collaborate with different stakeholders
Bachelor’s degree in Business or other disciplines
Good English and Chinese language proficiency
