Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for the opening, updating, and maintaining bank accounts while ensuring efficient collaboration between clients, internal teams and banking partners.
Facilitate the opening of new bank accounts for client companies and trusts, ensuring timely processing.
Maintain and update existing bank accounts, including changes to signatory arrangements and Customer Due Diligence (CDD) requirements.
Coordinate and resolve bank-related queries and requests, acting as a key liaison between bankers, client services, and accounting teams.
Support on Financial Administration & Coordination including prepare weekly payment requests and other records keeping
Ensure adherence to internal policies and procedures related to banking operations.
Assist in ad hoc duties and projects as assigned by management.
Key Requirements:
Around 2-3 years of relevant experience, preferably within service provider environment
Good attention to detail, able to manage multi-task and meet deadlines
A team-player with effective communication skills to liaise professionally with various stakeholders
Bachelor’s degree preferred in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field
