Responsibilities:

• Act as the project coordinator for the formulation and implementation of key air cargo development initiatives, including in particular formulation, implementation and improvement of security and customs regime of the HKIALP and the transshipment facility at HKlA
• Coordinate with consultants for the design and operational planning for the transshipment facility at HKIA
• Collaborate with regulators on aviation security and customs requirements and follow up to establish relevant security procedures
• Conduct audits and incident investigations, and coordinate with parties concerned on corrective and improvement actions
• Engage with industry stakeholders and regulatory bodies to drive service enhancement and facilitation measures 
• Conduct studies and contribute to the formulation of air cargo network development initiatives 

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in business administration, logistics, transport, aviation, supply chain or other related disciplines 
• Minimum 6 years working experience in aviation related company with solid air cargo knowledge.
• Strong planning, analytical and formulation skills with sound business acumen
• Self-motivated and quick to learn
• Well-organized with strong execution capability
• Excellent co-ordination and interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication in both spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
