Requirements:
Diploma or Certificate in Hospitality Management or related disciplines
Relevant experience in hotel front desk /customer relationship
Independent and able to work shift duty
Good command of spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese
Good PC Knowledge in MS Word and Chinese Word Processing
Familiar with Opera PMS will be an advantage
Candidates with less experience will be considered as Guest Services Officer
