The applicant must possess
a recognised degree;
a minimum of 3 years' post-qualification work experience, highly preferably in construction, career services or vocational training;
a high level of integrity and a good sense of responsibility;
a good understanding of generative AI and data skills is preferred;
good interpersonal and communication skills and capability of coordinating between various stakeholders; and
good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua).
(Applicants who do not possess the required qualifications and / or experience may be considered for other positions within the organisation.)
Duties include
to coordinate students / graduates' job placement to drive initiatives and achieve long-term career development outcomes;
to liaise with and search for potential employers and secure sufficient job opportunities for graduates;
to assist in the implementation of the apprenticeship programme for employees and apprentices;
to organise career-related events and activities such as career talks, mentorship programmes, site practice, job fairs, alumni affairs, etc.
to contribute to projects, strategic initiatives and other tasks that enhance the career services and student employability; and
to carry out any other duties as assigned from time to time by the Executive Director.
