Responsibilities:

• Conduct feasibility and comprehensive risk assessments for projects, issue review opinions, and prepare conclusion reports.
• Organize decision-making meetings, draft meeting minutes, and prepare approvals for deliberation items.
• Perform data collection, analysis, and reporting related to review and approval processes, and participate in industry research and case studies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree with CPA or legal professional qualification preferred.
• Strong professional ethics and integrity.
• Familiarity with China economic and financial regulations, policies and laws.
• Experience in financial institutions (e.g., banks, trusts, asset management companies) or accounting firms is a plus.
• Strong execution skills, excellent written and verbal communication abilities, and solid analytical and coordination skills.
