We are currently looking for a talented Assistant Engineer to join our dynamic team, which plays a crucial role in efficient operation and long-term sustainability of our diverse portfolio of properties. RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Perform data analysis on building operation data and energy data so as to identify and implement energy saving opportunities based on the analysis
  • Work with portfolios’ technical services teams and tenants to implement energy saving projects to meet our energy saving target
  • Assist in providing technical advice and support on Building Services design on new projects and retrofits
  • Assist in the implementation of innovative technologies and digital solutions for new and existing building
  • Conduct energy audits and assist in maintaining the compliance of ISO 50001

REQUIREMENTS

  • Degree holder in Mechanical/Electrical/Building Services or equivalent
  • At least 3 years working experience in building services design consultancy, operation or research institutions
  • Experience in data analytics is a strong advantage
  • Good report writing skills
  • Excellent communication skill and ability to work with people at all levels
  • Fluency in spoken and written English and Chinese, with substantial Putonghua capability
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Proficiency in Python or equivalent programming languages is an advantage
  • Experience with SQL or other database languages, and data visualization tools like Power BI are an advantage
  • Willing to travel to Chinese Mainland for short stays
