We're seeking a Senior Technology Manager to drive innovation and implement cutting-edge technologies across our diverse business units, including property management, cleaning, landscaping, waste management, and recycling.

As a key leader, you'll oversee the adoption of smart technologies like IoT, AI, Big Data, and automation to optimize operations, enhance customer experiences, and advance our sustainability goals.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Technology Implementation:

• Deploy smart technologies (IoT, automation tools, predictive maintenance systems) across operations
• Develop and execute technology roadmaps to enhance efficiency and sustainability

Project Management:

• Manage end-to-end technology projects, ensuring on-time delivery and budget adherence
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technology initiatives with business goals

Innovation & R&D:

• Research emerging technologies and pilot innovative solutions to improve operations
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and technological advancement

Vendor & Stakeholder Management:

• Evaluate technology vendors and ensure cost-effective, scalable solutions
• Build relationships with internal teams to drive technology adoption

Performance Monitoring:

• Track and report on KPIs related to efficiency, customer satisfaction, and sustainability

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or related fields; Master’s degree holder in relevant disciplines is a plus
• At least 8 years of experience in technical or managerial roles, with a proven track record in technology implementation
• Experience in industries like property management or environmental services is a plus
• Expertise in IoT, AI, automation, and green technologies
• Certifications in project management (PMP, PRINCE2) or IT management (ITIL) are desirable
• Strong technical knowledge of smart systems, IoT, and process automation
• Excellent project management and problem-solving skills
• Passion for sustainability and green technologies
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to engage stakeholders effectively
