The Teaching and Learning Centre (TLC) at Lingnan University strives to create an institutional culture that values, rewards and sustains engagement, innovation and excellence in learning and teaching. We promote outcomes-orientated, high-impact teaching practices in Liberal Arts Education in the digital era.
We are seeking an outstanding individual to join the TLC as a Senior Research Officer/Technical Officer to conduct empirical teaching and learning research and provide support for technical aspects across a number of funded projects and/or institutional surveys with a focus on learning analytics.
The appointee is accountable to the Manager and Strategic Lead, Learning Analytics and will work with a team of educators and professionals on various projects to enhance teaching and learning in the University.

Salary and Fringe Benefits
The rank and commencing salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. Fringe benefits, where applicable, include annual leave, medical and dental benefits, mandatory provident fund, and gratuity.
