Responsibilities:

• Utilising Microsoft Dynamic 365 and PowerApps to develop Global CRM solutions working very closely with the business teams in Europe.
• Integrating cloud-based systems for the automation of data flows between enterprise applications and Data warehouses.
• Provide technical support for the internally built custom CRM system, rectifying issues quickly and efficiently.
• Sustain a high level of documentation for solutions such as technical specs, and change logs, etc.

Requirements:

• Minimum 8+ years of experience developing CRM solutions utilising Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Proven experience using Power Platform for automation and developing custom applications.
• Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology.
• Strong back end development experience using C# and the .NET framework.
• Database management system knowledge using SQL.
• Customization and configuration of Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, Web Services, and other integration technologies.
• Experience with JavaScript and HTML for front end development.
• Ability to work independently, and being proactive in understanding the needs of the business.
