Develop and maintain relationships with hedge fund clients, understanding their investment strategies and needs.
Promote and sell equity prime brokerage and swap products, ensuring alignment with client objectives.
Collaborate with internal teams, including trading, research, and risk management, to deliver comprehensive solutions to clients.
Monitor market trends and provide insights to clients on potential opportunities and risks.
Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the Equity Prime/Swap Sales division.
Prepare and present detailed sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field; advanced degree or professional certifications (e.g., CFA) preferred.
Strong knowledge of equity markets, prime brokerage services, and swap transactions.
Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with hedge fund clients.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
