Role:

• Originate and market ECM products and solutions to a variety of clients.
• Lead the execution of ECM transactions, ensuring timely and efficient completion.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships with both issuer and investor clients.
• Provide strategic advice and insights into capital markets to clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless transaction execution.
• Manage and mentor junior bankers, providing guidance and support for their professional development.
• Stay updated on market trends and regulatory changes affecting ECM activities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in ECM or related investment banking roles.
• Strong knowledge of ECM products and capital markets.
• Proven track record of successfully executing ECM transactions.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Ability to build and maintain strong client networks.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluency in English and Mandarin; proficiency in Cantonese is a plus.
