Role Description

The Regency Spices team is looking for a quality-focussed Production Manager.

The Production Manager is responsible for maintaining all the workflows and operations in the Production team. They ensure all delivery orders are picked accurately and on time. They balance production schedules so that inventory levels are maintained and production quality is kept to a consistent benchmark. They investigate quality issues whether they relate to raw materials from supply, or internal production processes. They provide training to new joiners throughout the department. They fill in gaps in production line in case of unforeseen circumstances.

This position is a full-time permanent job.

Working location: Tsuen Wan

Factory working hours:

Mon-Fri 7:30AM -> 5:00PM

Saturdays: 7:00AM-11AM

All public holidays off.

Qualifications

• Leadership, Team Management, and Staff Supervision experience
• Performance Monitoring abilities
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Experience in the food and beverage industry is a must
• Can converse in English and Cantonese to team members

Remuneration

• HK$30K-35K basic salary depending on experience
• Other details of pay package including performance incentives etc. to be discussed at interview
